The weather permits you to grow any kind of tree and you can get sweet, juicy fruits in your backyard if you grow the orange tree. They are also easy to manage and produce the most delicious fruits. The orange is the most popular fruits in the world.
The orange trees height is about 50 feet when it is fully grown. The orange tree even if you have bought small one plan ahead and put its root in a open space and give them place to grow.
The soil required for the orange tree is the fine sand with a good drainage system. The roots of the tree should be deposited deep in the soil to get the grip of the expanding tree. The tree will need lots of support from its roots so that they can grow big and strong.

Another type of orange is ‘Trovia’ and was invented in the early 1900’s at a laboratory in California to experiment with the new types of citrus. The commercial selling of trees started in 1940s. The fruits does not have string flavor and has more seeds than the Washington Navel
The ‘Valencia’ is the juicy and flavored oranges. They are more popular in South Africa and the southern states of USA. This tree was invented in China and it has no seeds. ‘Rhode Red Valencia’ is the other types of Valencia trees. They were created around 1960.
The fruits of Rhode Red Valencia are juicier and they are hard and large. The oranges are more juicy and less acidic. Orange trees are a great to be planted in your backyard and you can enjoy the fruits. Just pick whatever orange sounds the most delicious, and go with it! Before you purchase a tree, you should of course consult a local expert to make sure your desired type will flourish in your area. Usually this won’t be a problem, but it is always good to make sure before you spend the money and time.
